She is the founder and owner of Thrive & Glow Wellness. As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with years of clinical experience, Erin is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments.
She believes that confidence begins with feeling comfortable in your own skin. Every consultation is centered around education, honesty, and creating a treatment plan tailored specifically to each individual's goals.
Her mission is simple: provide exceptional care in a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and empowered to invest in themselves.

Dr. Carole Neuman
Dr. Carole Neuman is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 40 years of experience and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best through regenerative, hormone, and aesthetic medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan University, earned her medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, and completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Florida Health Jacksonville.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Neuman has delivered more than 10,000 babies, published research in peer-reviewed medical journals, presented at international conferences, and trained future physicians in advanced surgical techniques. A pioneer in women's healthcare, she was the first physician in the nation to implement an inverted midwifery model, the first OB/GYN in Florida to utilize hospital laborists, and the first physician in Northeast Florida to offer vaginal laser rejuvenation.
Today, Dr. Neuman combines decades of medical expertise with the latest advancements in hormone optimization, regenerative therapies, and aesthetic medicine to help patients achieve natural, confident, and lasting results.
